Agni Bar in Las Colinas

Authentic south Indian

Cooking and modern upscale dining come together at Agni Restaurant and Bar. Here, the chefs draw inspiration from the unexplored flavors of regions like Kerala and Andhra. Unique dishes like crab curry and halli style mutton saaru get cooked up in a distinct blend of spices and served with Kerala parota, a layered white bread. But not every dish is meat-based. Vegetarians can enjoy gongura pappu, a dish of mixed lentils cooked in greens and spices.

Excellent food. one star cut due to rice quality and big pieces of ginger in Daal. One may definitely enjoy this daal but we were little disconnected. Still its worth..“-Dharmendra S.

An Essential Guide to Indian Buffets

If you go to an Indian buffet, be sure you plate at least four different dishes. Fill your plate with basmati rice, chicken tikka masala, and don’t forget to rip off some naan to soak up extra sauces. Or try Aloo Gobi, a dry curry with potatoes and cauliflower, a filling option for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free diners.

Looking for a dish with less kick? Samosas aren’t spicy and pack just as much flavor as any other dish in the buffet lineup. This savory pastry is one of India’s most popular side dishes. Plus, when finger food is the question the answer is always yes.
