The Blue Mesa Grill is a Mexican and Southwestern restaurant serving fresh food packed with bright, vibrant flavors. The interior of the building is designed to bring the fun and evoke a fiesta. This is appropriate as The Blue Mesa is named after the famous blue margarita. Everything in the kitchen is made from scratch, with the freshest ingredients available from local suppliers.

The menu is equal parts authentic Mexican and Southwest flavors with a hint of Tex-Mex in there as well. First timers should grab one of the combo platters, where guests can choose to get two out of three Blue Mesa specialties: steak or chicken tacos, cheese or chicken enchilada with roasted tomatillo sauce, and a black bean or chicken mini adobe pie. Blue Mesa is also extremely proud of its tequila bar, which has a featured tequila and tequila cocktail featured each month.
